ABOUT DR. MIKE J. NG, DACM, M.S., L.Ac., CES
Corporate Tai Chi and Qigong Specialist
An authority on mindfulness, movement, breath work, and energy training, Mike J. Ng has dedicated his life to the study and practice of mind-body health and wellness.
Dr. Ng earned his clinical Doctor of Acupuncture degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and holds a Master of Science in Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM), having fulfilled over 3,000 hours of didactic and clinical hands-on training -- including but not limited to traditional and orthopedic acupuncture, mind-body movement, massage, manual therapy, and soft tissue mobilization -- with patients of diverse backgrounds and conditions. In addition, Dr. Ng has completed advanced studies in sports and physical medicine and is a Corrective Exercise Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
As a veteran martial arts teacher, researcher, and champion, Dr. Ng has over 25 years of experience in the internal arts. He is a seasoned competitor, coach, and judge, and has won over 100 gold medals and 9 International All-Around Grand Championship titles to date. His success and dedication have earned him a place in the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
Dr. Ng is currently a college adjunct professor and wellness consultant available for private and group sessions, lectures, demonstrations, and workshops.
